Born in Guatemala where I got a Civil Engineer degree in 1977 many years later then I turned into a US citizen. 

Married in my young age I became a father of 11 kids, thanks god they are great kids, all of them, it is a blessing. I am very proud of them.

From my early years I had a close relation with Real Estate in the construction branch and because ."Under All there is the Land" I was involved in Real Estate which is one of the most precious values in the life. 

having a Home is the core value to build estates and keep a safe family, So Selling or Buying a real estate is my duty to get you a successful deal either as for living in or as investor. This is my job.
